Files vanish from our servers the moment the recipient downloads them. If nobody does, the 24-hour link expires and an hourly sweep removes the file shortly after. The storage lifecycle policy is the failsafe behind both.
Two-step recipient verification
A leaked or forwarded link isn't enough. Downloading also requires a one-time code sent to the recipient's inbox. IP, user agent, and consent are logged for a 7-year PIPEDA audit trail.
